You can easily pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. There are no strings attached and no hidden cancellation fees.

Where do you ship and what are the costs?

We currently ship to most countries within Europe and North America. Standard shipping is free on all subscription orders and starter kits.

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes, 100%. All Estrid products, including our moisturizing strips and body care line, are entirely vegan and never tested on animals.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window for unopened and unused products. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used razor blades or opened body care items.
