We want you to love your Estrid products, so if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original, unopened packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your customer portal or contact our support team with your order number to start the return process.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
